the domain name transfer process depends on whether you have a UK domain name (.co.uk, .org.uk), or a US domain name (.com, .net, .org…).

You can transfer a UK domain name to us by changing the IPS tag to TUCOWS-CA
Please email support@pickaweb.co.uk once that has been done and we will add your domain name to our system. There is no cost to transfer a UK domain name to Pickaweb.

With US domain names it is important that you are the admin email contact for the domain name. This is because you need to approve the transfer. You will receive a transfer approval email which you need to complete so that the domain trnsfers to the Pickaweb domain system.

You can check which email address is the admin email address by doing a whois search on your domain name at https://www.pickaweb.co.uk/cgi-bin/whois.cgi
